I think i should improbe in mi self confidence, trust more in mi decisions, and trust more in mi friends.

When i work in a gruop, i think i have to express more mi thoughts and ideas to the group.

And finaly i think i have to acept all kind of advices, for improbe mi self.

When i do all of this, i will be a better leader.

This test showed to me that theres work to do before i can be a better leader.

It says tha i have some uncertainty when it comes to lead.

I guess it means, i need to improve in mi confidence and improve mi ability to transmit confidence to others.

Next time i will make mi better efort, by asking for the lead, and ask mi team what they think of me as a leader.

How to do public presentations?

FIRST OF ALL, the person thast going to give the presentation needs to be well prepared, that means he or she has to be well informed of what is he or she going to talk about. what's the Titule thas is apropied for such presentation, the objectives of the presentation, the body and conclutions.

He or she must be ready for questions and has to be prepared for answer all of them whitout leaving any kind of confusion in the audiance.

Finaly, the time is very important in a public presentation, becouse it marks if the presentation is well prepared or overwell prepared (longest presentations, tend to bored the audiance).
